Empath Surival Course Day 4!

One of the struggles of being an empath is the amount of mental chatter we have to deal with. Not only do we have our own thoughts racing through our minds, we also take on the thoughts of others around us. It can be quite the party in our heads. 

And of course, I can't leave out emotions, our own and those we pick up from others. As empaths, one of our strongest desires is to be able to have more control over our emotions.
