Hello fierce leader, I am excited to unveil for you the Wolf Mystery School. Here in these halls, you will work deeply with the energies and archetype of the Wolf to step into your power, even in worlds that are set up against you.

Many women leaders are burnt out.

  • Tired of working hard to prove themselves, in environments that don’t welcome them, and to individuals who simply refuse to see them.

  • Tired of learning how to speak up and be confident, in ways that drain them, and don’t honor their natural strengths.

  • Unsure of how to integrate their spiritual self with their corporate persona, so being forced to hide away what makes them come alive.

We each have several purposes in this lifetime. One of mine is to be a corporate leader. It’s not what many think of when they imagine a lightworker or a soul purpose. It is not what I would have wanted for myself, because it is so very hard.

And yet, that is what makes it such a powerful and important purpose. And the more I leaned into it, the more my life, soul, and impact grew. Culminating in my leading a team of 25 sales reps with 16 direct reports at the age of 35, and becoming a Sales Director by the age of 36.

How is that a spiritual purpose, you may wonder. It is not the corporate role or title that makes it so. It is the inner drive and mission within. My purpose is to rise in corporate leadership, so that I may create a safe space for men and women to land, and so I may bring up more women leaders, so that more of us have seats at the table.

Again, you may ask, how is that spiritual exactly? Corporations rule the world in which we live. From money, to policies, to privacy, to income, to the ability to live securely. It doesn’t take long to look around and realize, they have done a terrible job. And it’s not getting any better.

To change the world, to help humanity, the nature of business and leadership needs to change fundamentally. We must do the hardest job. We must enter and live in the belly of the beast.

  • There is no leaving the office in the middle of the day to meditate because you’re having a rough morning

  • There is no skipping tasks or meetings because you don’t feel aligned today

  • There is no talking about the patriarchy from the sidelines as you work exclusively with female clients

Women get hit on all sides about working in corporate. From the many men who feel it is not our place, to women influencers who teach us that we are not in our power if we are still working a 9-5.

But what if what we devote 40+ hours a week to, our ambition, wasn’t anti-lightwork? While I will always support the call to entrepreneurship, in the meantime, what if your corporate work was the most impactful lightwork of all?

And it starts with how we lead our teams, what we normalize for our people. If we show them better, they expect better from any who came before, and come after us, in their careers.

If we model good leadership for younger women, take them under our wing, and help them rise, we expand our impact and shape the world in our image. And so the energy of business changes. And from there, everything changes.
