Pittsburgh Steelers
The Steelers as a team are stressed, but not necessarily in a bad way. They are focused on their goal, nothing else matters. They are all ready and committed to do what it takes, as much as it takes. There is almost nothing else on their mind other than football and winning.
Their focus is so strong that it almost doesn't matter how well they do or do not function as a team. They have their dysfunctions and those dysfunctions do cause their issues, but the team keeps it together because of their drive and shared goal.
Mike Tomlin
Mike is stressed as well, but in a pumped, excited, appreciation for the intensity of the sport, good way. He occassionally notices the dysfunction of his team but he doesn't pay too much attention to them because the team is making it work despite the issues. He is leaving well enough alone.
He is keeping his eye on the issues though in case they do need to be addressed at some point. Or if there is extra time available where they can work on those issues.
Ben Roethlisberger
Ben is feeling a bit tired and unable to keep up. Sometimes he wonders how he is able to get through this every year. The sport is intense and takes a toll on his system/body. He is struggling. He would like to be at home resting and spending time with his wife. He does his best to stay strong.
Will the Steelers play the Super Bowl?
At present, I feel the Pittsburgh Steelers are likely to make it to the Super Bowl, but they will not be the ones who win the Super Bowl. It isn't within their reach for some reason.
